Timothy Engler combines business acumen with legal expertise to serve small businesses and families throughout central Pennsylvania.
He earned his B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Kutztown University before obtaining his J.D. from Regent University School of Law.

Before joining Steiner and Sandoe, Attorney Engler owned and operated his own small business for over fifteen years.

Morgan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Susquehanna University and Cum Laude from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, with a focus in Trial Advocacy.
While in law school, Morgan was a teaching assistant for the First Year Contracts Class and the Trial Admissions Program, competed on both the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and Appellate Advocacy teams for two years, and assisted clients at the Pennsylvania Law Clinic.
Morgan was also the recipient of the President’s Award, the Outstanding Service Award and is a member of the Order of the Barristers.
